Assembling your Invitations
1. Start by addressing the envelopes with
the guests' names and addresses. Remember to use proper titles
and do not abbreviate on the envelope.
2. Insert the invitation into the envelope
with the printed front side facing toward the flap.
3. Place the respond envelope behind the
respond card with the envelope flap over the card. A stamp can
be affixed to the respond envelope at this point. Insert into
the outer envelope in front of the invitation. The card's printed
side should be facing the same way as the invitation.
4. Place the reception card into the outer
envelope in front of the respond card. Map or direction cards
can also be inserted at this point in back of the reception card.
Remember to have all pieces facing the back flap of the envelope,
like the invitation.
5. Seal the addressed outer envelope and
affix a stamp

only. For select invitations, envelope lining may be available.

Place
Cards
Place cards can be used in two different
ways.
1.Place cards are set on a table in the
lobby of your reception and the guest pick up the card that has
their name on it. The place card will also have the table number
assignment.
2. The guest's name will be located on a
card at each place setting. In this case, the table number is
not printed on the place card.
E-Proofs
Markedevent.com is pleased to
offer you a professionally typeset eProof at no charge.
eProofs will be e-mailed to you within 2 - 3 business
days of placing your order.
E-Proofs come with the purchase of an invitation,
photo card or notecard order and cannot be purchased
before an order is placed.
Proofs are in a color .pdf format and are the sample
of how your wording will be printed and spaced with
your selected wording and font.
We will not print your order until we receive your
final proof approval. Proofs are not available for
party favors, gifts or accessories.
Once your proof is received, please review it carefully and respond
to the e-proof email stating "THIS IS APPROVED" in the
body of the email. If you make any changes (meaning changes to
your wording, layout or font choice) if there are any changes
to the order, we will provide an additional proof with your specified
changes at the charge of $30.00

How fast can I receive my order?
Turnaround times (for printing &
shipping) are different for each item.
Three turnaround times are offered and stated
for each item.
Orders may be delayed if a proof approval
is not received. Proofs are e-mailed in 3-4 business days of placing
your order. We take pride in the quality of both our product and
attention to detail, and this includes time for typesetting. Orders
will not be printed until your final approval is received.
Turnaround times are estimates.
Shipping/Costs
Because we carry an extensive selection of
products, processing times will vary from product to product depending
on in-stock availability. An estimated processing time is given
on each product description page. Please note that this processing
time does not include shipping transit time which can vary between
1-6 business days depending on the shipping service selected.
Processing Time: the time your order is
submitted to the time your order leaves the warehouse. An estimated
processing time is given on each product description page.
Shipping Time: the time from departing the
warehouse to the arrival at your door.
For orders shipped to destinations outside
of the United States, Marked Event is not responsible for any
duties or taxes associated with the shipment.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales
tax of 8.25% for orders that are shipped to destinations within
the state of Georgia. Orders shipped outside of Georgia are exempt
from sales tax.
