Returns
We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or embroidered.

Errors on our part are subject to our inspection of the returned items. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Please contact us at cs@markedevent.com 30 days of sale for any error we may have caused. Please be sure to note your Order # in your email, and carefully save all original tags, packaging and paperwork in preparation for return.

All prices are subject to change. Should an item be listed with an incorrect sale price we will email you with the option to accept the change, cancel that item or cancel the entire order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Any errors, however caused, in our product offerings may void the sale at our discretion. We try not to make any mistakes but from time to time mistakes happen.

All sales are subject to available stock. Sometimes products are no longer available and we may not be able to offer you your product(s) of interest.

Shipping
Yes! Standard delivery is on us within the US for all orders. Simply pay for your Markedevent.com products and we'll drop them off at your doorstep. It's that simple!

Please refer to each product for estimated time of shipment. All shipping estimates can change at any time. Should an item be listed with an incorrect shipping estimate we will email you with the new shipping estimate to keep you aware of the new estimated shipping timeline.

We ship Monday- Friday; we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.

Sales Tax
Markedevent.com is based in Georgia and, as such, is required to charge Georgia residents a 7% sales tax.

In the very unlikely event you have a dispute with us you agree that it shall be settled by arbitration in Dekalb County, state of Georgia.

Note: Once you have submitted your request you should assume that it has been successfully received and your request is being processed. Please allow us 10 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.

International Buyer Policies
If for any reason we made an error we will not accept returns on international items if applicable duties/ taxes have not been paid.

International buyers are responsible for any duty, VAT, GST or other such taxes assessed on the items by their country. International buyers should check their country’s import laws for any prohibitions and/or custom fees on the purchased items. International orders cannot be insured. They are shipped solely at the buyer’s risk. We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, damaged or seized by customs. It is the international buyer’s sole responsibility to assure that our items are not prohibited by their laws and that the United States allows us to export them.

We are required by law to accurately list the contents and price of your purchases. Your purchases may be subject to duties and or taxes. You, the buyer, are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs changes.
